About the Founder of Bounded Ink – Evie
Hi, I’m Evie, the heart and imagination behind Bounded Ink! As an aspiring children’s author, illustrator, and creator, I believe that imaginative children's stories have the power to spark curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. My passion for books started when I was young, and now, I create stories and engaging workbooks that inspire little readers and budding artists to dream big.
My children, being my inspiration, along with a background in helping children through trauma, has shown me firsthand how books can be a source of comfort, confidence, and growth. Whether it’s a whimsical story, a coloring book, or a tracing workbook, my goal is always the same—to make learning joyful, engaging, and accessible for all kids.
When I’m not writing or sketching, you’ll find me exploring bookstores, sipping hot chocolate, or brainstorming new ways to bring creativity into children’s lives - and the sky is the limit! My writing roots
My writing stems from a deep passion for storytelling, creativity, and helping children grow emotionally and intellectually. With a background in working with children who have experienced trauma, I’ve seen firsthand how books can be a safe space—a place for healing, imagination, and learning.
My love for children’s literature, creative expression, and early education has shaped my journey as I aspire to be a writer and an illustrator. Whether it’s through imaginative children’s stories, engaging workbooks, or coloring books, my goal is always to make learning joyful, accessible, and meaningful.
My writing is inspired by:
